The style-high club
Uniforms are rarely luxurious or a statement of individuality, but Air New Zealand is pushing the boundaries. They’ve created an intimate shopping experience – Clothes Hangar – where cabin crew can get dressed up in threads designed by Trelise Cooper. The idea is to get staff to take ownership of their uniform while also helping them engage with the Air New Zealand brand. The retail space reflects the airline’s brand identity, and cabin crew are greeted as they enter the shop by stylists, who help the staff create personalised outfits by mixing and matching.
