Beer with spirit

“This is science fiction. It’s the dawn of a new era. Welcome to a strange new world.”

The bar offers a daily menu of simple seasonal dishes prepared by a Michelin-starred chef, as well as a changing rotation of 10 micro-region wines from around the world.

You don’t get much more local and authentic than that. Are there any opportunities to go this local where you live or work?
